First-party cookies are placed directly by the NYX Design Awards website or entry system and may support account access, security, form completion, entry management, checkout and saved preferences.

Third-party cookies are placed or accessed by external providers used for analytics, usability, payments, embedded media, advertising, security or fraud prevention. Those providers may process information under their own privacy notices and contractual arrangements with IAA.

• Strictly necessary cookies support security, fraud prevention, authentication, account access, entry submission, checkout, load balancing and consent records. The requested website or entry-system service cannot operate properly without them.
• Functional cookies remember choices such as language, country or region, display settings, interface preferences and media preferences.
• Analytics and performance cookies help us understand page views, navigation, referrals, interactions, performance and technical errors so the website and entry system can be improved.
• Advertising and marketing cookies may measure campaigns, referrals and audience activity or support relevant promotional communications where permitted.
• Embedded-media cookies may be used when video, audio or other third-party content is displayed or played. Where required, embedded content remains blocked until the appropriate choice is made.

Depending on the services enabled on the live website or entry system, providers may include Google Analytics for website measurement, Microsoft Clarity for usability analysis, YouTube or Vimeo for embedded video, PayPal or Stripe for payment processing, and hosting or consent-management providers for security and preference records.

The presence of a provider in this Policy does not mean that every service is active on every page. The live Cookie Settings tool should be treated as the current implementation record.

Session cookies expire when the browser session ends. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period or until deleted. Duration depends on the purpose, provider and active website configuration. Cookies may be renewed when the website is revisited, subject to the applicable consent choice.

On the first applicable visit, the cookie interface should provide clear options to Accept All, Reject Non-Essential or Manage Preferences. Visitors can choose among available functional, analytics, embedded-media and advertising categories independently where those categories are used.
