What is the NYX Product Design Awards?

The NYX Product Design Awards is an international competition recognising excellence in product and industrial design. It celebrates products that demonstrate outstanding creativity, innovation, functionality, craftsmanship, and meaningful industry impact across a wide range of consumer, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Who can enter the NYX Product Design Awards?

The competition is open to product designers, industrial designers, manufacturers, brands, design studios, consultancies, engineering teams, startups, educational institutions, students, and emerging professionals from around the world. Individual designers, collaborative teams, and organisations are all welcome to participate.

What types of products are eligible?

The NYX Product Design Awards accepts completed, conceptual, commissioned, prototype, and experimental products created, launched, completed, published, or substantially updated on or after 1 January 2022. Entries may be submitted into one or multiple relevant categories.

How are Product Design entries judged?

Every submission is evaluated through an independent blind judging process by an international jury of experienced design professionals. Entries are assessed on Creativity & Originality, Design Excellence, Innovation, User Experience & Functionality, and Industry Impact to ensure fair, objective, and impartial evaluation.
